Refund & Returns Policy

A Refined and Transparent Returns Experience

At FilledWithBarakah, we are committed to delivering both exceptional fragrances and exceptional service. If your purchase does not meet expectations, our structured returns process ensures clarity, fairness, and efficiency at every stage.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns on the following basis:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.

  • Products must be returned in resalable condition.

  • Returns must comply with the timeframe outlined below.

For health, hygiene, and product integrity reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Sample bottles or decants

  • Opened bottles (including tester bottles)

  • Any product that has been unsealed or used

  • FWB Premium Oils (see below)


Returns Timeframe

You have 14 working days from the date of purchase to initiate a return request for eligible sealed items.

Requests submitted outside this period will not qualify for refund or exchange.


How to Initiate a Return

To begin the returns process, please contact our Customer Care Team:

Please include:

  • Full Name

  • Email Address

  • Order Number

  • Reason for Return

  • Refund, Exchange, or Replacement preference

Returns must not be sent without prior authorisation.


Important Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Partial refunds may apply if products are returned damaged, incomplete, or not in original condition for reasons not attributable to our error.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Transaction fees and postage costs incurred by us will be deducted from the refunded amount.

For returns exceeding £75, we strongly recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If an incomplete or incorrect delivery address is provided and the parcel is returned to us:

  • A refund will be issued for the product value.

  • Shipping costs incurred by us will be deducted.

  • We are unable to absorb these costs.


Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

To ensure prompt resolution:

  • Incorrect or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photographic or video evidence must be provided within these timeframes.

Failure to notify us within the specified periods may result in the claim being declined.


FWB Premium Oils

Our FWB Premium Oils collection is non-refundable due to hygiene and product integrity standards.

We recommend starting with the 3ml option when exploring a new scent.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive email confirmation.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your refund appears delayed:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your card provider.

  3. Contact your bank.

  4. If still unresolved, contact us at info@filledwithbarakah.com.


Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections

  • Courier disruptions

  • External operational factors beyond our control

Rest assured, your order remains secure within our system.


Lost Parcel Policy

Customers have a maximum of 28 days from the order date to report a parcel as lost and request a refund or replacement.

Where a parcel is reported lost:

  • We may require a formal Non-Receipt Declaration.

  • This declaration must be completed, signed, and returned within 24 hours of issue.

  • Failure to return the declaration within this timeframe may result in the claim being declined and the case closed.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered once all required documentation has been received and reviewed.


Recovery of Lost Parcels After Refund

In the event that:

  • A parcel is declared lost

  • A refund is issued

  • The parcel is subsequently delivered

The following terms apply:

Repayment Obligation

You are legally obligated to repay the refunded amount.

Repayment Timeline

Repayment must be made within 14 days of notification of successful delivery.

Failure to remit payment within this timeframe may result in legal proceedings to recover the outstanding amount.


Replacement Issued for Lost Parcel

If:

  • A parcel is declared lost

  • A replacement is issued

  • The original parcel is later delivered

You must:

  • Return one of the received orders within 14 days of notification.

Failure to return one of the items will result in you being liable for the additional product cost.

Order Processing & Amendments

Orders are processed immediately upon placement to ensure rapid dispatch.

As a result:

  • Order amendments are generally not possible once placed.

  • If cancellation is exceptionally possible, a 5% cancellation fee will apply to cover payment processing and administrative costs.

  • Unwanted items may be returned in accordance with this policy.
