Royal Mail Lost Item Policy
Royal Mail classifies parcels as lost only after the following timeframes:

2nd Class: 15 working days after the estimated delivery date
Investigations or claims cannot begin until these periods have passed.
Order Processing & Amendments
Orders are processed immediately upon placement to ensure swift dispatch. As a result:
